Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not try to return partly used products, you will not get a refund.

In all other circumstances customer is responsible for the cost of returning product to our warehouse. Once we have received and checked your returned goods, we will write to you regarding the refund of your payment.

- Product packaging may change. The packaging of the product may vary from your previous order.
- Bespoke and customized products. If you order customized products from us you will not get a refund from the day you paid us.
